Step inside and take in sweeping lake views from the main living room, framed by oversized picture windows that flood the space with natural light. The primary suite features a king-size bed and serene lake backdrop, while the open-concept kitchen is a chef’s dream — complete with a gas stove, extensive cookware, and a pantry stocked with spices. As a guest of Peckham Point, you’ll enjoy full access to the exclusive Point Venture community, known for its resort-style amenities and laid-back lake lifestyle. Please note: To preserve the home and experience, we do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 30, and we do not allow same-day check-ins or check-outs. We value the opportunity to clean and prepare the space thoroughly between each stay.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
