Located on the third floor with elevator access, the 1,410 sq. ft. condo offers a single-level layout, a large covered lakeview balcony, and plenty of room for families and groups.
The open living, dining, and kitchen area makes it easy to spend time together. Step outside to the covered balcony with a sectional sofa, outdoor dining table, TV, and elevated views of Lake Travis.
The primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom, and its own private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the bunk room offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle plus a separate twin bed. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo.
**THE HOLLOWS**
A stay here includes access to the extensive amenities throughout The Hollows community.
The Beach Club is the main resort area and features three pools, a fitness center, pickleball court, playground and green space, BBQ grills, and a covered pavilion with an outdoor fireplace. The seasonal restaurant and bar offers food, drinks, and poolside service.
The Trailhead Club offers another option for pool days with a lap-style pool, shaded lounge areas, covered patio, playground, and basketball and pickleball courts.
For a cookout, head to the Hilltop Smokehouse with multiple smokers, gas grills, an open-air pavilion, and outdoor fireplace.
Guests can also explore more than eight miles of paved and natural trails throughout the community or head toward the lake and kayak areas for direct access to Lake Travis.
Whether you're here for the lake, a family getaway, or a relaxing weekend by the pool, this condo gives you plenty to do without having to leave The Hollows.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
